Need help with Tulip saxatilis

I live in zone 10 and figured out that the saxatilis species tulip would be hardy here. I have a few questions though and would appreciate any help! Can I grow these bulbs in containers indoors or outdoors? Would they still naturalize/bloom again, if grown in containers? And what would be the ideal container size for growing these tulips to ensure maximum longevity? Thanks!
