My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Thanks for your previous responses. What is the earliest these cushions might be available in other colors? (I'm looking for a medium blue.) What type of fabric do you use? Is it resistant to rain and sun damage?

    Unfortunately we will not be able to get new cushion designs until next year. These cushions are 100% polyester, meaning that they are not totally resistant to rain or sun damage.

    This comes directly from our warranty: "1-year manufacturer
    warranty on powder coated aluminum frame and wicker; 6 Months for foam,
    cushions and fabric. Cushions foam and fabric covers are weather resistant, but
    are not stain proof, waterproof or to remain on wet areas for extended periods
    of time."
