Is this a smoke glass for the crystals? It say clear but looks like crystals are darker. Also, width is 12", does that mean around the widest part? what does d 24" mean? I'm looking for something under about 12"

    This fixture has a diameter of 12 inches. The crystals are clear, it looks dark because of the reflection from background when image was taken.
