The Zwilling lines in Canada seem to be different than what I'm used to, so I can't comment on how they compare. Both Zwilling and Lagostina offer fully clad lines that are 3mm thick -- a good quality. I don't know if these pans are them. Just be aware that the Joy line seems to be a disk-based line, which has some advantages but some prefer a fully clad line (thick sides).

The other two (TruClad and Lagostina Hotel Clad) are fully clad sets, so you should still consider them. Disk bases can be very even, if properly thick, but they can be cooler on the sidewalls and have hot spots where the disk marries to the sidewalls. It's just a construction difference but usually people pick one or the other.
