Sansevieria ballyi 'minnie' would be my guess.

Need some perspective, what's the width of the pot? But I agree it's probably ballyi, possibly the small variety Minnie. It could also be a young francisii but I tend to go with ballyi.

This will put out long stolons and grow new plants on the ends of them. Some folks grow them in hanging baskets so the offsets can continue to produce more plants, like a spiny spider plant.

If you break or cut a leaf, you can plant it and it will produce the same plant. Not all sansevierias propagate true.

I believe the pot is 2" by 3". It's a pretty small plant.

Then it's possibly ballyi 'Minnie' as tsiawd said. If it grows a lot bigger than it is now it's a regular ballyi. Most of the Minnie's I've seen in pics have fewer leaves but there are always exceptions. If it eventually grows much taller than it is wide, it's francisii but I don't think that's what it is.
