I have contacted our supplier, located in Guelph, Bigelow Flooring and looked into what this was.

We are not sure EXACTLY what it is, however we have found a viable option as to what it may be.

It is through a company called Pantheon and its called Long Octagon/Carrara Dot Carrara

This supplier has both the dark "dots" as well as the matching Carrara marble "dots".
