The cabinets are custom made with the faux bamboo detailing taken directly from the wallpaper. The faux bamboo wood comes half-round in 8'+ lengths that we cut down to a scale that I designed to compliment the proportions of the cabinetry and the recessed panels it is applied to. We then did a yellowed-beige stried and glazed paint treatment with cobalt blue knockouts on the knots to replicate the treillage work on the paper.
