I'm not crazy about painting brick unless you have to. I think yours is fine as is.

Changing the palate to white isn't a bad idea. The brown roof will keep the upper and lower levels from looking like they are blended together. There aren't any elements which look like they would enhance the overall appearance by adding an accent color. Would suggest that if you haven't already spent some time reviewing Houzz images of painted brick, that you do that. Even design professionals do that for ideas and to try to verify if their idea will accomplish the intended purpose.

i think the darker color make the house look too drab. thoughts? can you do a mock up with it a dark blue?? is the first mock up a white or a light gray? thanks!

Not blue but I happen to like a sage green with brick and I also like the darker color if you are going more modern and paint all the white trim a dark color

If I remember right, I think it was light grey with a touch of green. Here's light grey with dark blue doors...

I like er612's light gray. Would keep it a warm-ish gray due to the roof color.
