Compost faster

I have a 3ft tall garden box. Every year I lose about a foot of soil so I add in more. This year to save on money I filled the box with lawn clippings, food scraps, paper and other compostable items. I'm hoping it will all decompose by March so I can plant my tomatoes in. My biggest concern is that everything won't compost in time. I plan to stop adding things on January 1st. I originally added 1000 worms to the box 2 years ago. I know the worms will do most of the composting but is there anything I can add or do that will speed the composting up? I live in Southern California so the coldest it will get is around 50 degrees.
