This is flat stock sheet metal with Kynar finish. It's readily available through your local Roofing Contractors supply chain. In this example the fireplace form required a length of stock over the 10 ft standard sheet size.

We were able to order from the factory roll in 14 ft lengths and sourced a fabricator with a 20 ft Break to bend the stock to our specifications.

The linear sections are segmented by powdercoated aluminium channel stock in a U profile and the flat stock metal was bonded to an MDF substrate in place on Site to eliminate any movement created by the fireplace heating & cooling.
