It looks quite a bit like a Bulbosa thinking about throwing out a flower stalk. It could be a hybrid with some Bulbosa in it. Due to lack of light, the long leaves that may be sprouting out from the top look a bit out of focus so I can't tell for sure if they are part of the plant in question or part of a plant in the background. The plant reaching out from the easy-to-see hanging globe to our left does look to have Bulbosa-like leaves.

raxidor is good! I may have had a pruinosa in the distant past but it didn't like me ;) I think they are native to Florida in the USA.
