Meyer Lemon tree problem

So I just recently purchased a Meyer lemon tree. It's been a month now and carefully inspecting my tree, I can see a couple of shiny webs connecting from leaves to leaves.... Should I be concerned? Is it possible that I have a spider mite issue??
