The Pineapple Guava at the J C Raulston Arboretum had almost zero fruit this year. Some years it is loaded but more often it has only a few fruit. Some of the local grocery stores have them briefly in the late fall and again when the fruit ripens in New Zealand. I have five 8 year old bushes that had a few blooms but no fruit this year. Hopefully next spring I will do a better job of hand pollinating and see my first meaningful crop.
