You can move the small bathroom and utility room to where the bedroom is by the stairs and all three guest bedrooms can be on the view side.

I'm proposing putting the closet on the right side of the Master hallway from bottom to top where you have something in the drawing that looks like a desk.

Any way you could put the hers closet and the his closets beside each other and then the bathroom at the end where the hers closer currently is? Are you sure you will like having to go through the bathroom to get to your closet?
