Sorry no one has responded yet. I would go ahead and move them now if you need to. IME, frost is not an issue with Sibes (considering where they originate, they are pretty cold tolerant :-)). And ground soil will not freeze this early in the season - it takes a prolonged period of below freezing weather for that to happen. Waiting until spring to move could interrupt the bloom cycle.

FWIW, I once replanted an entire perennial border, including multiple varieties of Siberian iris, in mid-December, the day before the temps dropped below freezing (into the low 20's and teens) for more than a week. Never lost a single plant!!
