The largest bloomed (that I know of) are pretty expensive & not so easy to grow. Have you got a greenhouse? If you do a bit of research you'll learn SOME Hoyas are fragrant (especially in evening).

I don't know if East windows provide enough light for Hoyas to bloom.

Most of the large blooming hoyas require high light and heat. Many belong in the eriostemma section. There are fragrant bloomers.

Eriostemma gigas and eriostemma lauterbachii have the largest blooms. Gigas smells like a stapeliad (so it stinks to attract flies), and lauterbachii reportedly has a chocolate-like scent. Neither are easy to bloom, but grow very fast in high light and heat.

Hoya imperialis likes high light and warmth, as well. It is fragrant.

Hoya onchyoides, hoya archboldiana and hoya macgillivrayi might do well for you, but they will need higher light conditions (suppliment with light bars), and you will need to make absolutely sure that there is no cold draft. Some are reportedly fragrant.

If you are deadset on a hoya with fragrant, larger blooms that will do well in your east window, try hoya calycina. The blooms are not huge, like the above hoyas, but they are large enough. Calycina prefers a 10-15 degree drop in temps at night, and blooms in response to shorter daylight hours in the cooler months.

Hoya imperialis comes to mind...

Hoya ciliata (aka. "The Black Hoya") is an eriostemma, but I don't think that is what you have. I think yours is cv. Ruthie.
