I think that should be fine. I have big sconces in my little bathroom. It's a matter of what proportions look good to you. Some people prefer a much more minimal look, others like to have bit more going on. Proportion on the mirror should be ok. Do you have a picture of the bathroom? That might help houzzers get a feel for what will look good in your individual space.
