Anyone? Surely someone has cut them back?

It is so pretty and well grown I hate to see you do it. I suppose you could cut back to where you see buds which will revive. You could likely save a couple of the top pieces and root them for insurance and hope they don't grow too quickly this time of year. I have a large Rex with a similar problem, I can't continue to grow it where it is once we start heating the house,

It has grown HUGE since it was put out in the spring! Last year it was easy to keep....I have a small heated greenhouse. It was okay then, but now it would take up so much room that I wouldn't be able to walk in there....so.....I'll be gentle and cut back to the buds. Thanks.

I agree with woe - such a big begonia that seems a shame to cut back. I've problems growing mine yet I see from your photo and many other growers that it can become a large plant. Anyway cut it back to the last node or two and root the cuttings for insurance and gifts for family and friends. I can get the tops and some of the mid sections to root but they never do that well (for me).
