This is a lovely renovation! Pleased to see it was done in a style that is in keeping with the age of the house. Glad you were able to keep the claw foot tub. We recently did bathroom renovations in our old house and the costs were also in this price range. Those of us with older homes know to expect the unexpected plus labor and material costs in the Northeast are much higher. How did you get the tub faucet to pass the plumbing inspection? We selected the same style plumbing faucet bc it looked most like the original and were told by the plumbing inspector that the fill spout had to be higher than the overflow on the tub wall and therefore we could not use that faucet?
