My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Substitute for IKEA Lerdal

We had an IKEA Lerdal chandelier in our previous house, which we sold in March. We loved it - it was so nice to have real candles, but still have the option of electric lights. I had a lot of fun decorating it at Christmas. We opted not to take it with us when we moved because we knew it would be months before we finished our renovation, and it was cheap ($60), so we would just buy a new one when we were ready. Except it's now discontinued! I've been trying to find a used one without any luck. Does anyone know of an alternative that has both candles and electric lights? Thanks!
