I feel like this space is set up wrong. I would put the couch under the window and move the chairs across from it and shift everything down. and over. Put the table closer to the kitchen where that other dresser is. Where is the TV? This needs reworking in my opinion.

I agree with tennis, and I would change out the coffee table. It's a bit contemporary for the rest of the furnishings.

Tv is in the den. I hate tv in living room. The reason we put the table near the window is that at the other side of the kitchen is the den and the bedroom with the bathroom in the middle. It is not ver nice to dine near a bathroom in my opinion. Also the windows have a large sliding door onto a 350 sq ft terrace.

I would definitely go with a larger carpet.

If you don't want to block the window with the couch, then try the couch on the opposite wall and the two chairs facing it with the table in the middle. You could still access the patio. I would still move that table away from the window closer to the kitchen.

I like the rug and yes we have an eclectic style going on. The green Austrian table will be leaving for a more contemporary piece and longer. We are still getting the feel,of the place and will be doing renovations in the bathroom and the kitchen and hallway floors. New tile, new back splash and new kitchen counter top and new appliances most likely stainless steel.

I like the green piece! Unique and fits with your eclectic style. Just get a new rug, toss pillows and a throw for the sofa. Maybe bolster pillows for the chairs for more color/fun.
