Hey folks - when I lived in the US I had a beautiful BlueStar cooktop which I loved. However, it needed a lot of servicing. I now live in the country of Panama and want to get a new freestanding range. I'd like something that has:

• high heat
• open burners (though I'm willing to forgo this)
• Infrared broiler
• Gas or dual - doesn't matter
• Convection oven
• 36"

What would you folks recommend? In Panama, I can get a Wolf without fear of servicing (they have servicing here). But for the boutique brands I'd have to have a local guy figure things out. Getting it shipped here isn't a problem. I'd like to stay under $5K if possible too.
