Prickly thicket hedge

Looking for fast growing living barrier for the bottom of my yard. Area is in a wooded area so heavy shade. Ideally looking for evergreen but not essential. In fact it doesn't really matter what it looks like. I have many hunters using my land to get to the forest and I am trying to prevent this. I don't have any problems with hunters but I do want privacy in my yard with kids about. I would like a hawthorn or bramble bush but need to avoid fruit bearers to avoid bears. I was looking at white thicket or Rubus cockburnianus. Looking for advice on thick, security hedge, wood looking or invasive word be fine as long as it will grow in shade. And because it is out of sight and in woods something really cheap potentially that I can grow from seed
