My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    You might have more bites on the C&S forum. This C&S is less attended. First one is a Aloe , Possibly an A. wamsley 'Bronze'. This is a guess. I am not hugely familiar with it personally but I have seen the photo's come up a lot. The bottom one is an Euphorbia, I think. I would post on the regular C&S forum. It is kind of sleepy over here.
