My Hoya tricolor which has been getting bigger is finally growing a peduncle. Sorry if it's a little blurry. I have to figure out how to zoom in when taking pictures on my iPad.

No buds yet but it is starting to form a small peduncle. Not sure if it will develop buds or bloom.

Also just wondering, I read that when a Hoya starts blooming you should water it more or give it more water. Is this true??
