Toro dealers have had to deal with some less than positive changes over the years. I've spent many years in the biz and many of that in a Toro dealership. IMO , if a dealer decides to build commercial clientele , they can keep the red underwear on. Otherwise they need to diversify and house other brands. Toro has flooded the market with Craftsmanish walkbehind mowers and riders via Home Depot. Though they still make an excellent premium mower and have much of the commercial market in Toro and other brands- caring for the dealer fell by the wayside. Back in the day they had a viable distributor network and the regional differences are seen now as they have too been diluted. Sorry if that seemed a bit rantish....

Tom you really have to let it Go !
