I bought this light and it is hanging. My problem is that I cannot get the wires to straighten out. We tried letting them hang straight down at first so they could relax from being in the box but now that they are up they still have kinks in them. It really takes away from the look when they don't swoop like you would expect them to. Do you have any suggestions? I want to love this fixture.
