My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

curved or square stairs

going for a transistional look, ignore the colors and chandeliers. I like both , the square has more space , the curve is pretty. Also to prevent dirt on the walls do I paint with latex or have some wainscoting ?
