My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Weird weather. It's been warmer... still. I thought it was supposed to rain but don't see it yet... Had to do a little watering this morning. If it doesn't rain tomorrow, I'll have to water some more. The roses are looking decent, but slowing waaaay down. I don't like this time of yr....

    As always, Beth, thanks for sharing and enabling. LOL! Poetry in Motion is a stunner. Black Magic is a knockout!

    I opened my front door this morning to find out the my Snowfire bud that I had been hoping would open, had wilted overnight and was hanging its head. <sigh> I should have cut it and brought it inside to open, but I didn't think the sepals had peeled back far enough.

    I'll live vicariously through your photos. :D
