My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Pottsii is an easy grower. Should not require any additional humidity to root. Is your house really dry? Try the bag/tupperware/lidded jar method. Pot it up, water it thoroughly, and place it in a clear plastic bag, glass jar, or tupperware. Mist a tiny bit. If using a bag, blow into it until it is full, and then tie it. If using a jar or tupperware just put lid on. Every other day, open the bag or container and let the plant "air out" for a few hours. Mist very lightly before closing. See if that works.
Pottsii and other succulent Hoyas will fatten back up once they root. I've had them become very dehydrated during the rooting process, but once roots form, they quickly go back to normal. A lot of the woodier stemmed ones take longer to root, so just be patient and don't be checking it by pulling it from the rooting medium - just trust that it will root eventually. This time of year, it takes longer because they're trying to go dormant or semi dormant.
