I guess you could label it as "Yellow Earth (Selfed)" to indicate that they're seedlings of the plant. That's what I've done with Amaryllis when I pollinate the flower using its own pollen. I'm assuming that's the case here too, if it wasn't crossed with anything else to get the seeds?

Well, accurate labeling is critical if you're selling. In general, when I give away to people unfamiliar with the plants, I just put Adenium obesum on the label front and at the back, I put "Care instructions: Google it".
