My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Laelia anceps "Irwin's' AM/AOS

Although the tall spike it not terrible convenient, it is a gorgeous flower. This year it hit about 2 ft tall. By the way, I received this laelia in a trade with James. Thanks, James!

I noticed some damage on one the petal. Hopefully it is just water damage and not insect damage. I will be keeping an eye out.
