Um, I have grown this several times from a spring sowing...and if they reseed, they don't seem to survive the winter (although that might be more of a rain issue rather than cold). However, if you can put a pane of glass or polycarbonate over them, it might well manage to push on through till spring.

They are annuals - I grow them with gypsophila, flax, forget-me-nots.

Does anyone know where I can buy Oomphalodes linifolia seed in the US? I'm having a hard time finding them. Thanks, Lisa

Lisa - I purchased mine through Chiltern which is in the UK, but I also found them for sale on Plant World Seeds with a quick search. If you are interested - I collected quite a bit this summer PM me and I can give you my email :)

Campanula - some def have already bit the dust with the last hard frost we got. If I can remember, I will try and protect a small group of them to see how they fair. Otherwise I think I will pull back the mulch, and scatter seeds in early spring. I will try and report back!
