My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for the complement on the design! The handrail is actually painted wood mounted on stainless steel brackets by Halliday Ballie. The height is driven by code constraints which prescribe 34-36" form top of stair tread.
