This is white form of Lc Clayton Waglay which is a cross of L. anceps and C. Claesiana (Cattleya intermedia x loddigesii). I am pretty sure it has the potential to bloom at least twice a year. It spiked in the late spring/early summer but the sheath over heated and the bloom blasted. I received this in a trade with Nick a couple of years ago.
