Phragmipedium Naukana Kealoha is a cross of Incan Treasure x longifolium. Incan Treasure is a cross of kovachii x longifolium. So Naukana Keahola has a double shot of longifolium. My lovely has produced two spike. This is the first bud to open. I am looking forward to having both spikes with open flower. I am guessing it is a sequential bloomer. So it may put on a show for a while. Hopefully, I will get a more true to color picture of the next bloom. The color is deeper than what is showing up in the pictures below. I am also hoping for more fullness in the pouch on the next bloom. Still pretty happy with this one though.
