I like the idea of having enough to share, but there is no one earby to share with, except Joann, and she shares hers with me. I do pack portions and stick them in the freezer for anoter time, works or me.

Some things are impossible to make for just one.

I love to make soup, and that always means a vat of soup. My freezer has a bunch of soup containers, for which I am grateful at least twice a week.

It's economical, too, which matters a lot when one is on one's own!
