Master bed/bath layout

Hi all,

I'm having trouble deciding on a bed/bath design. This is the current plan, replacing two back bedrooms and a hall bathroom by turning them all into the master. Current concerns are possibly too small of a shower/too much vanity space? We are still in preliminary planning so any comments/ideas are appreciated!!

That is quite hard to read, with past and present all superimposed like that.

Probably you don't need the makeup part of the vanity. Agree you'd probably prefer a larger shower. Consider (a) getting rid of the tub (as long as there's one elsewhere in the house) or (b) sliding 2nd sink over and putting the tub across the short way, with the shower expanding to fill most of the remaining space on that wall.

Agreed, ACM. Here is one without measurements, which is the suggested new design.
