Hi, I'm looking for a rooted division of this plant in the Toronto, Canada area. I will be up to $50 for a rooted division if I could pick it up. My parents had one of these forever, so for sentimental value, I would like one.

This is one of those hand-me-down heirloom plants that you never find in garden centres. I am hoping someone can help me out!.
