My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for your question! The sink and faucet are not included. It is the homeowner/plumbers responsibility to cut the sink and faucet holes to the appropriate sizes. This insures a prefect fit for your fixtures!

    It is not clear to me if the top is included with this. The sink and faucet are clearly not but the top is? The main description contradicts the specifications.
