You can find a ton of prior threads on InstantPots by google/whatever searching with strings like "gardenweb + instantpot," "hungryonion + instantpot," "egullet + instantpot," and "chowhound + instantpot."

There also is a thread on the title question on chowhound at the moment, too, if you have not already seen it.

I love mine. I've made ribs twice and they've come out amazing, the best and easiest brown rice a few times, mac & cheese and chicken broth.

Love mine for easy-to-peel hardboiled eggs. I made bbq chicken tonight with frozen chicken breasts. I have a few favorite recipes, including chili, mongolian beef, and carnitas. I subscribe to pressure cooking blogs for new recipes.

I've had my IP a little over a year and love, love, love it! If it died tomorrow, I would pay full price for another one again. The Facebook group linked below is great, and you do not have to join the group to read the posts, see the pictures, or access the links to recipes.

I use mine all the time. If you are into cooking, this is a great tool. If you aren't into cooking, this is a good way to learn to eat healthy. This week I made a large batch of Quinoa and froze it into portions for the base for easy meals. Breakfast today was Quinoa, Italian sausage and kale with fried egg. Nom Nom and Skinnytaste are other sites that have really good recipes using Instantpot.

I love mine! Mostly I have made stocks and osso buco in mine. I like Nom Nom Paleo and dadcooksdinner.com for recipes.
