I just chopped up one this past weekend. Sure get a lot of chopped/shredded pumpkin from one medium pumpkin! Put some of the chunks in my bins and didn't see any interest from the worms for a few days - probably 'cause it hadn't started to break down yet, and cause the worms are in slow-mo right now with the cold weather. In fact this morning I put in two - one gallon milk jugs filled with hot water to keep the worms from freezing. By the time I re-filled them tonight the water inside was still probably about 55F.
