Sometimes this size bulb blooms, especially the 3 2/2 inch ones. I would hope for the best. How big was the mother bulb when it bloomed (have any pups bloomed)? Hadeco has some bulbs that are smaller than yours. They probably will not bloom until March or April unless you forced them for Christmas.

The color depends on the parentage of the mother bulb which is hard to find out. Everyone hopes for a new color and a great flower. That is what is exciting about growing from seeds. Good luck!

Thanks! Guess we'll see what develops. The mother plant was about the same size as my biggest ones, if memory serves- it only ever produced one offset, which I promptly gave away.
