Plumeria seedlings in 8 days

I ordered several varieties of Plumeria seeds from Brad's Buds and Blooms. They threw in a lot of extras so I was able to experiment a bit. Well, It's been 8 days today since I started to germinate them and I have to say that the floating styrofoam boat method worked a lot faster. (Not my original idea, saw it online)

I tried the paper towel method as well successfully but it was a lot slower with the same batch of seeds & in the same location. One had mold, the sprouting was slower and some did not sprout at all. The ones that didn't sprout I removed from the paper towel, floated them and saw small roots the following morning. I'm not experienced with sprouting seeds the paper towel method so it could very well be I did some things wrong.

Here are some photos:

Floating in a little piece of styrofoam

Taken this morning 8 days after. Plumeria Rubra "Defel".

I hope somebody finds this method interesting and perhaps will try for themselves. :)
