I'm looking a house to possibly purchase and wanted to know if anyone had experience with this issue that I see. My realtor is also talking to the sellers realtor but I wanted an outside opinion.

The back of the house where the pool is, is on a slope that runs into a lake. So the pool is fulling incased in a concrete slab. It's an older home, so I'm assuming the concrete has been settling since it had been installed. There is some cracking on the back part of the concrete slab surrounding the pool. My realtor is a bit concerned but does say it can be bad, but it only reaches to the top edge of tile of the pool, not concrete of the pool itself so it wasn't as bad as it could be.

I know we need to have an inspector, I'm just wondering what most people have experience with about this. Expenses, likelyhood of it getting worse, etc... Appreciate any information you can share with me.
