Hi Joy, I'm so happy they got to you safe and sound. That is a great question. The main thing is to wait until the seed pods are dry on the plant. Then after you have your seed, leave it out open to air to make sure they are super dried out.

Harvesting seeds from each plant is different. Truly the best way to go is to go to youtube and put in 'how to harvest amaranth seeds' (and all the rest of the seed types you have) I also do this when I am planting a new type of seed, I look everything up on how to plant, how to take care of the plant and how to harvest the plant. There are also tons and tons of articles out there to, but I do better when I see someone else doing it.
