The one with suction cup looking parts? It's a liverwort, a very primitive plant somewhat related to mosses and algae. They will grow readily on damp, dark surfaces so might be a good indication that your plants are receiving too much water or the media is too moisture retentive and the environment a bit dark for the best growth.

Liverworts are easily scraped off the soil surface.

Looks like there is also algae or bacteria on top of the potting medium as though the container has no drain holes and the fern has been sitting in a puddle for some time.

I only give it a few drops of water every now and tjen when washing my hands and i also dont know what the main plant is meant to be it started off as apparently a wild flower thing lol then my cat decided he liked it so ate all the green off it and left the woody stems i thought it was dead but started growing a while after but dont even think its the say plant lol as you can tell im useless with although i do have a money plant that i seem to ne doing well with lol

The main plant is a Maidenhair Fern. And what is that pot? Is it wrapped in crepe paper? I would suggest going over to House Plant Forum (click on the green text) and posting more pictures to get advice on caring for it properly.

How is the fern now? Looking better with the longer days and a bit more light?
