I get pairs of these on my plumbagos at dusk, too. They are NOT moths and people have to stop suggesting killing anything ever as every single thing is part of the whole -even moths, dummy! Mine are solid med dark nut brown with an overall tinge or "breath" of iridescent teal blue to them and a delight to watch. I managed to get some footage of them but may be too large to post. I'm going to keep researching what they are. I think they hav a French-sounding name
