additional vanity lighting

So much Iove abut this design. Your replies are very much appreciated. I don't have windows in my bath. Does this layout have recessed lights above the vanity or only the ones in the middle of the ceiling shown in mirrors? In other words do some people use sconces alone at or over the vanity?

    This design has recessed lighting in the open space of the bathroom, but not directly over the vanity. The sconces alone for the vanity were enough in this space.
