My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Shade perennials

I'm trying to help a friend of mine in zone 8 of TX. Her entire yard is under a canopy of trees ( must be nice), and she'd like to plant some perennials. Do you have any suggestions?
